Dawa Technology's Scenes AI runs a 34B real-time world model at 720p and 25fps on one RTX GPU

Chongqing-based Dawa Technology detailed Scenes AI, a real-time world model that turns footage from an ordinary camera into an editable, persistent world. The 34B-parameter model activates about 4B per step and reaches 720p at 25fps on a single consumer Nvidia RTX card without cloud compute.
