Agentic attack on ConnectWise hit 2,900 logins per minute
The October 22 assault on ConnectWise Cloud Backup was attributed to China-linked Storm-0940 using ARTEX, an agentic pentesting framework. The agent fired up to 2,900 login attempts per minute at 2,250 M365 tenants and gained privileged access in under three hours.
