Pebble adds plugin system to SDK for watch faces and Index ring

Pebble introduced SDK plugins: headless apps that supply data (weather, finance, traffic) or actions (home control, music, webhooks) to watch faces and other apps. Plugins run locally in the Pebble app and are available as a developer preview with no release date. A new permission system will gate location and internet access.

• Plugins run locally, replacing hard-coded APIs in watch faces
