Big tech taskforce unveils blueprint for UK AI leadership

The Project SAIL taskforce has published ten recommendations for the UK government, including a Compute Accelerator service for mid-scale data centers and grid connection reforms. It says rapid AI adoption could add £75 billion to the economy by 2035 and calls for a "Prosperity Compact" within 12 months.
