iPhone Duo day one: outer screen disappoints, inner display delights

Macworld shared first-day impressions of the iPhone Duo. The outer display is the smallest in years and poorly suited to apps, while the nano-textured inner screen is a delight. The inner 4MP selfie camera produces blurry photos, and StandBy now works without a charger.

• Outer iPhone Duo screen called the smallest in years and awkward for apps
• Nano-textured inner display cuts glare, but the 4MP inner selfie camera is blurry
• Dynamic Island moved to the top-right corner with a new combined status indicator
• StandBy mode works in tent posture without being plugged in
