Cyberpunk 2077 2.5 update secretly added The Witcher 3 items

Players found that Cyberpunk 2077's 2.5 update quietly added The Witcher 3-themed cosmetics: the Sihil sword, Boar Carver knife, the Professor's Spectacles and Ursine jacket and pants. The items appear in V's apartment after a text from Arianne about a gift and were not listed in the official patch notes.
