Light-activated carbon nitride photocatalyst triples hydrogen peroxide production efficiency
An international team including the Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces has developed a synthesis strategy that precisely controls the spatial arrangement of ions in carbon nitride. The resulting photocatalyst is three times as efficient as conventional green hydrogen peroxide production methods. The findings were published in Advanced Materials.
- Carbon nitride photocatalyst is 3x more efficient than standard green methods
- Key is precise control of ion arrangement in the material
- Study published in Advanced Materials
