Jury finds Arm breached Qualcomm license by withholding ACK and OOB test kits

A Delaware jury found that Arm breached Qualcomm's Architecture License Agreement by withholding ACK and OOB test deliverables from late 2022 into 2025. Damages were set at $2, but Section 8.3 could zero out royalties for five years; Judge Maryellen Noreika will rule later.
