Ai2 releases AstaBrief-8B for cited reports

The Allen Institute for AI has released AstaBrief-8B, built on Qwen3-8B under Apache 2.0, to write reports with a citation after every claim. A test on a single 24 GB RTX A5000 found 95.5% of references matched the supplied excerpts, but 8 of 11 reports cited up to three labels never sent in the prompt.
