Tencent open-sources Hy Memory 2.0 for AI agent memory

Tencent released Hy Memory 2.0 on October 15, 2026, an Apache 2.0 stack dedicated to deciding what AI agents remember. It includes the Hy-Memory-30B-A3B MoE model (30B parameters, ~3B active), a Python SDK with three memory types and the local-first MemHub app. Tencent's own benchmarks show 55.49% versus 54.62% for Claude Opus 5.
