inDrive, Pony.ai and Nvidia to test robotaxis in Kazakhstan in 2027

Ride-hailing firm inDrive has signed an MOU with Pony.ai and Nvidia to begin robotaxi testing in Astana in the first half of 2027. Pony.ai will supply its Gen-7 robotaxis, while Nvidia provides its Hyperion platform and Halos safety system. Rides will start with a safety operator and aim for fully driverless service.
