watchOS 27 changes Apple Watch multitasking

In watchOS 27, double-pressing the Digital Crown no longer opens the app switcher: on new watches the function is assigned to Live Rewind, while on older models (Series 9 and newer) a double click duplicates a single click and opens Dynamic App Grid. Multitasking has become less convenient.

• Live Rewind records audio in 15-second intervals on double-press of Digital Crown
• On older watches, double click now does the same as single click
• Dynamic App Grid shows recent apps but requires manual selection
• Changes affect Apple Watch Series 9 and newer
