OpenAI opens Decisions API to all customers

OpenAI has made its Decisions API generally available, offering fast, cheap decision-making built on ChatGPT Luna with latency of 100–180 ms instead of 1–3 seconds. Announced September 29, the public version adds voice and visual modalities and competes with TypeSafe's Jev model.
