Storage ticker: Acronis names CEO, ConnectWise Cloud Backup still down, Couchbase and Egnyte updates
Acronis appointed Prakash Panjwani, former WatchGuard CEO, as its new chief executive. ConnectWise kept Cloud Backup offline as of October 22 after attackers used stolen credentials to reach 173 Microsoft 365 tenants. Couchbase updated its AI Data Plane with Amazon Bedrock integration, while Egnyte launched Context Studio and AI Control Center.
