FaceTec to bring biometric UR Code ID cards to 6,000 law enforcement agencies

FaceTec has partnered with Police & Sheriffs Press (PASP365) to add biometric UR Codes to law enforcement ID cards. Scanning the code with the Scan & Match app and taking a selfie with 3D liveness detection verifies that the cardholder matches the credential. The companies expect the cards to reach 6,000 agencies within 24 months.
