Nvidia to link 576 Rubin Ultra GPUs via CPO into one giant GPU

Nvidia detailed its Rubin Ultra NVL576 platform at OCP 2026: 576 liquid-cooled GPUs in a Kyber rack connected via NVLink 7 and CPO optics act as a single giant GPU. Nvidia claims 15 Exaflops FP4 and 5 Exaflops FP8, up to 1 TB of HBM4E per GPU and 365 TB HBM per rack, targeting 10-trillion-parameter models next year.
