Millions of PHP2Shell exploit attempts, but no confirmed break-ins

Cloudflare has logged millions of attempts to exploit the PHP2Shell flaws since their disclosure on October 21. Cyber agencies in Germany, the Netherlands and Japan report no successful exploitation, though banks and services in Japan, France and the UK temporarily took systems offline.
