VinFast to build EV plant in the Philippines for Php 31.74 billion

VinFast will build a four-wheeled EV manufacturing facility in the Philippines worth Php 31.74 billion. Construction is expected to start in Q1 2027 and take two years, with capacity of 200,000 vehicles a year for domestic and export markets. Parent Vingroup is investing $500 million.
