Workday's AI chief says AI agents will reshape the workday
Workday Chief AI Officer Joel Hellermark says employees will oversee fleets of AI agents instead of clicking through SaaS systems all day. Sana, acquired by Workday for about $1.1 billion in November 2025, now powers the new Workday Home interface, while Sana Concierge is set for broader availability in early 2027.
