Audit finds India's ECINET portal hides voter-roll tools from West Bengal officials

An audit by civic-tech initiative Charchagram found that ECINET, the Election Commission of India's portal for election officials, hard-codes an exclusion for West Bengal that hides two voter-roll tools from EROs and AEROs. No similar exclusion was found for other states, and the restriction remained in code as of October 19.
