Xbox mandates four-day office return for Redmond-area employees

Starting February 1, 2027, Xbox employees in the Puget Sound area who live within 50 commuting miles of Studio D must work from the office at least four days a week. The policy covers thousands of staff near Microsoft's Redmond campus, and existing exemptions must be resubmitted.
