Garmin reopens Connect API program with three access tiers

Garmin has reopened its Connect API developer program after closing it in March and introduced three tiers: Personal and Startup are free, while Enterprise charges per active user. Personal keys are issued in seconds, and Enterprise adds Golf API, historical data backfill and 24/7 support.
