AWS has $5B of Nvidia GPUs but not enough power to run them

Amazon Web Services took delivery of roughly $5 billion of Nvidia GB300 racks in August alone and has accepted about $3 billion of hardware each month since, yet lacks enough energy to power it all. The situation pushed AWS free cash flow negative, even as its Q2 revenue grew 37% year-over-year to $42.2 billion.
