Anthropic reports $16.8B revenue, eyes $2T IPO

Anthropic told investors it generated $16.8 billion in revenue last quarter, up 45%, with gross margin around 85%, ahead of an IPO expected in about a month that could raise roughly $100 billion at a $2 trillion valuation. The company also announced a Public Benefit Fund that would receive 5% of its equity, plus 2% for every 50% rise in valuation.
