Nadella urges firms to build a 'frontier ecosystem' with zero-trust AI

Speaking at Microsoft's Frontier Tour London event, CEO Satya Nadella outlined three challenges for businesses adopting AI: keeping humans in control, retaining internally generated knowledge, and treating models as insiders under a zero-trust architecture. Microsoft also unveiled research showing 84% of UK business leaders expect the country to lead in AI within five years, versus just 41% of employees.
