Nvidia expands manufacturing with six supply chain partners
Nvidia announced at GTC Berlin plans to expand global manufacturing capacity with Amkor, IBIDEN, KYEC, Samsung Electro-Mechanics, SPIL and Unimicron. The company aims to triple substrate output over three years and grow optical-engine capacity 15x by mid-2027.
