NextDC's Melbourne M3 data centre expansion delayed by community opposition

Jemena has partially suspended 66kV line augmentation works for NextDC's M3 data centre in Melbourne due to community and stakeholder opposition, with resumption not expected before February 2027. NextDC removed M3 contracts from its FY27 guidance, cutting net revenue to $475–500 million and underlying EBITDA to $245–265 million.
