FF7 Revelation director Hamaguchi discusses the game's 200GB size, DLC plans, and a new Tifa detail

At Tokyo Game Show 2026, Final Fantasy 7 Revelation director Naoki Hamaguchi said the game will take up about 200 GB, so all physical versions will require additional downloads. The release is planned for April 8, 2027 on PS5, Xbox, Switch 2 and PC; two story DLCs about Vincent and Sephiroth are in preparation.
