Nordic nRF54LC10A SoC Features Cortex-M33, RISC-V, Bluetooth LE, Thread, Zigbee

Nordic Semiconductor expanded its nRF54L series with the budget multiprotocol SoC nRF54LC10A: 128-MHz Cortex-M33 with TrustZone, 128-MHz RISC-V coprocessor, 1 MB memory, 192 KB RAM, and 2.4 GHz radio with Bluetooth LE, Thread, Zigbee, and Matter. Early samples are available, with mass production expected in Q2 2027.

• 128-MHz Cortex-M33 with FPU, DSP, TrustZone plus 128-MHz RISC-V coprocessor
• 1 MB non-volatile memory and 192 KB RAM
• 2.4 GHz radio: Bluetooth LE, Thread, Zigbee, Matter, up to 4 Mbps
• Packages CSP29, CSP39, QFN48, up to 31 GPIO; mass production Q2 2027
