CBRE to acquire data center services firm Onnec for £460m

CBRE Group has agreed to acquire UK-based Onnec, a provider of data center infrastructure services across Europe and Asia Pacific. The initial cash price is £460 million ($610m), with a multi-year earnout of up to £300 million tied to growth targets; the deal is expected to close by year-end. Onnec is projected to post about £370 million ($498m) in revenue and over £50 million in core EBITDA in 2027.
