Nvidia RTX Spark: Arm SoC with Grace CPU and Blackwell GPU, up to 128GB

Nvidia detailed its RTX Spark platform for Windows laptops: an Arm SoC pairing a Grace CPU co-designed with MediaTek, a Blackwell GPU and up to 128GB of unified LPDDR5X at 9400 Mbps. Built on TSMC's 3nm process, it offers up to 20 CPU cores and 6,144 CUDA cores at a 45–80W TDP and can run local models with up to 120 billion parameters.
