Foveation mods nearly double DLSS 5 performance

Enthusiasts released the Foveated DLSS5 add-on for ReShade and a standalone CheekyFoveatedDLSS that cut DLSS 5 Neural Rendering detail at frame edges. In The Witcher 3 on an RTX 4090 at 7680x2160, frame rates rose from 48 to 80 FPS.
