Veon to acquire Uzbek operator Perfectum for $207M

Veon agreed to buy 100% of Rubicon Wireless, which operates as Perfectum, for around $207 million including $93 million of debt. The deal adds 115MHz of spectrum in the 850MHz and 3,800MHz bands to Beeline Uzbekistan and lifts its spectrum holdings by about 50% to support 5G rollout.
