Yelp adds AI agent that calls restaurants to check wait times

Yelp launched Check for Me, which lets an AI voice agent call a restaurant on the user's behalf, check wait times and text the results back. The app also gains OpenTable booking, preference memory in its AI assistant and a $30/month Smart Lead Reply tool for businesses.
