Unimicron chairman sees substrates reaching 14x scale by 2030

Speaking at the opening of TPCA Show 2026, Unimicron chairman Shan-Chieh Chien said solving the challenges of AI accelerators in HPC will require more than semiconductor process scaling. He expects substrate sizes to reach 14 times the current scale by 2030.
