NASTIC tech tracks proteins in living neurons for neurodegenerative drug discovery
The University of Queensland has developed the NASTIC platform, which lets scientists observe disease-related proteins inside living neurons at the single-molecule level in real time. It has been spun out into Brisbane startup Accretion Bio to advance early drug discovery for Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases.
