Ubisoft opens closed playtest signups for Heroes of Might and Magic III Remake

Ubisoft is accepting applications for a closed November playtest of its Heroes of Might and Magic III Remake on PC via Ubisoft Connect. The 2027 title is rebuilt on the Snowdrop engine, bundles both expansions and will support thousands of fan-made maps at launch.

• The closed test runs in November 2026 on PC via Ubisoft Connect only
• The remake is rebuilt on Snowdrop with 3D models for all nine factions
• Both expansions ship in the base game, unlike the 2015 HD Edition
• Online supports up to eight players, and Hot Seat returns
