EDA revenue rises 12.2% YoY to $5.71B in Q2

Electronic system design (EDA) industry revenue grew 12.2% year over year to $5.71 billion in Q2 2026, up from $5.09 billion a year earlier, according to the ESD Alliance. Semiconductor IP and services posted double-digit gains, while PCB and MCM revenue fell 15.4%. Industry headcount slipped 1.6% to 71,396.
