NVIDIA shows BlueField-4 STX Server for CMX at OCP 2026
At OCP 2026 NVIDIA displayed the BlueField-4 STX Server for Context Memory (CMX), a lower-cost design with a single Vera CPU instead of the earlier dual-Vera setup. The board uses SOCAMM memory, an M.2 slot and high-density PCIe connectors, and no ConnectX-9 SuperNIC was visible.
- Single Vera CPU instead of dual lowers CMX platform cost
- SOCAMM memory simplifies heatsink or liquid-cooling installation
- Board is roughly the size of a 16-channel AMD EPYC Venice socket
- No ConnectX-9 SuperNIC was seen on the shown boards
