SpacemiT unveils 46-core RISC-V V100 server CPU

SpacemiT has launched the V100, a server-class RISC-V processor with 46 cores (six XiangShan Kunminghu V2R2 and 40 X100), DDR5-4800 and PCIe 5.0 support. Dual-socket systems scale to 92 cores and 4TB of memory at 120W TDP on a 12nm process. It claims full RISC-V Server Specification compliance and boots mainstream Linux distributions unmodified.
