Apple's new iCloud bundle is mostly inaccessible

Starting September 16, Apple included Apple TV and Apple Arcade subscriptions in iCloud+ plans in over 100 countries. In supported regions, standalone TV and Arcade subscriptions are no longer available, and users are being migrated to new plans. The US, Europe, and several other markets are not included.
