Cognizant and Google Cloud launch Gemini Frontier Capability Group

Cognizant and Google Cloud expanded their alliance to create the Gemini Frontier Capability Group, a unit of more than 18,000 Cognizant associates focused on enterprise agentic AI. The group will target legacy modernization, developer experience, business process automation and cyber defense on Gemini and Model Armor.

• The group is backed by more than 18,000 Cognizant associates
• Over 55,000 associates completed the Build with Gemini workshop
• Gemini will be deployed to 100,000 employees in 2026, scaling to 200,000
• One retailer saw 40% higher developer productivity and 30% faster time-to-market
