Xbox Disc to Digital rolls out to all users

Microsoft has opened its Disc to Digital feature to everyone after a month of Xbox Insider beta testing, letting players claim digital licenses for supported Xbox One and Xbox Series X discs. Licenses are tied to the Xbox account rather than the console and require no Game Pass subscription, but support is far from universal and Microsoft has no official list of eligible games.
