Delhi High Court asks NIXI to explain chalosansad.in suspension

The Delhi High Court has issued notice to NIXI, MeitY, MCA and GoDaddy over the suspension of chalosansad.in, a protest-documentation site taken down three days after registration. NIXI gave four different justifications, from invalid WHOIS data to the Emblems and Names Act, 1950. The next hearing is set for January 27, 2027.
