Alibaba releases open-weights AI agent claiming frontier co-work scores at 3B active parameters

Alibaba's Accio team introduced the open agentic model Occamy-1.0: a MoE architecture with 35 billion parameters and 3 billion active, claiming frontier-level results on co-work benchmarks at a fraction of the API cost. The model can be self-hosted.
