TSMC joins all four chipmakers on ASML High-NA EUV; Eindhoven campus breaks ground

ASML has deployed High-NA EUV scanners at all four major chipmakers: TSMC, Samsung, SK Hynix and Intel. The company began construction of a new campus in Eindhoven to produce systems costing about $400 million; volume production is planned for 2028–2030.
