12-year Apple engineer may switch to Windows 11 over CUDA

Ray Fernando, who spent over 12 years building Apple products, is testing the Surface Laptop Ultra with RTX Spark and cites CUDA as the main reason he might switch. The top configuration with 128GB of memory costs $5,899.99 and, he says, handles models above 120 billion parameters.
