SpaceX to launch Starfall reentry capsule and 31 payloads on Bandwagon-5

SpaceX will fly its uncrewed Starfall reentry capsule and 31 customer payloads on the Bandwagon-5 rideshare mission from Cape Canaveral. The Falcon 9 launch window opens at 6:30 a.m. EDT with a 55 percent chance of acceptable weather; booster B1085 will make its 19th flight.

• Starfall measures 0.75 m tall, 3.1 m wide, 2,100 kg, with up to 1,000 kg of payload
• Booster B1085 flies for the 19th time and targets a droneship landing
• Exolaunch manifested 20 of the 31 payloads, including HawkEye 360 and Iceye satellites
• Varda's W-7 capsule carries the cancer drug Protac to study microgravity crystallization
