Amazon Bedrock AgentCore adds nine-stage evaluation framework for AI agents

AWS introduced a nine-stage evaluation framework in Amazon Bedrock AgentCore that instruments the agent lifecycle from pre-deployment testing through canary rollouts and production monitoring. It targets "silent quality erosion" — hallucinated tool parameters and skipped retrieval steps that leave latency and error rates flat. Automated rollback triggers if any quality metric drops more than 10% over 100 consecutive queries.
