Leak: Galaxy S27 Ultra to get 16MP selfie camera and LPDDR6

A leak claims the Galaxy S27 Ultra and S27 Pro will feature a 16MP front camera instead of the 12MP sensor on the S26, plus a square-format sensor. The whole S27 lineup is said to move to LPDDR6 RAM and UFS 5.1 storage, while the base S27 and S27 Plus keep a 12MP autofocus camera. Launch is expected in January or February 2027.
